About Us

TestOnion was built to help you shortlist with evidence — not guesswork.

Hiring moves fast, and a CV alone rarely tells the full story. We created TestOnion so recruiters and teams can evaluate skills in a way that feels fair to candidates and easy to defend internally.

Our mission is simple: make skills assessments more accessible and more credible — with clear results, practical anti-cheat options when needed, and outputs you can share with hiring managers.

Our Story
How it started - and what we care about

TestOnion started from a familiar problem: running pre-employment tests the hard way. Sourcing questions, printing scripts, coordinating venues, invigilating, scoring, and chasing results — all while trying to keep the process fair.

We built a simpler workflow: create a campaign, invite candidates, and review performance in one place — with integrity signals and an audit trail when you need it.

What we optimise for is trust: candidates get a clear experience, and recruiters get results they can explain and defend.

If you’re evaluating candidates for real roles and want assessments that feel credible from end to end, you’re exactly who we built this for.
